| Why should I have a web site? |
Most people are very busy today. Everybody wants information now! Someone wanting information on your business will be able to get it anytime they want. They do not need to wait for you to mail out a brochure, or send a fax. If your web address is on your business cards and other promotional materials, clients can just visit your web site. Your web site is another tool for you to use to connect with clients and boost your business.
|
| Why do I want my own domain? |
Having your own domain provides your company with a unique online identity. If your name is your web address, it will be easier for clients to remember and reach you. In many cases having a web site is the only identity for some companies.
|
| What is design? |
Just like a printed brochure, someone has to collect information about your business, process images, and design a "layout" for the brochure. Building a web site is similar.
|
| What is hosting? |
Once a web site is designed, it needs to be posted to the Internet for all to see. Web hosting is the space that will hold the web pages for all to view on the internet.
|
| What is maintenance? |
From time to time information on your web site will become out dated. We have included the service of updates to web pages we host. There is no additional cost for this service. It is part of our plan. There are very few companies like us that combine all the services that we do in one unique package.
|
| What do I have to do? |
One of the first things we tell clients is to surf the web. See what others are doing and look at your competitors web sites. That will give you and us a starting point for conversations about design. This will nelp with ideas of what you will want for a web presence. We will need you to give us information about your company and images/logos to use to build your site. Your input for layout and colors is helpful in the design process.

| What about email? |
| You get one email account with your web site. More are always available. We should discuss your needs and choose a setup that makes the most sense for you. |
