The client acknowledges that they have read and understand this contract, the Terms of Service agreement and the current plan offerings.
This contract contains the entire agreement between the parties and there are no other promises or conditions in any other agreement whether oral or written. This contract supersedes any prior written or oral agreement between the parties. Any modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties. This contract should be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania.
The client’s signature is acknowledgement that the client has read through this entire agreement, the Terms of Service agreement, and the current plan offerings, and understands all terms including all technical terminology.
